NET CLAIMS TRANSFER PAYMENT. 2.01 In consideration of the HEBP’s responsibilities as set forth in this Agreement and at the end of each Transfer Payment Period, Comal County shall transfer to the HEBP’s Bank an amount equal to the Transfer Payment Period’s Net Claims Paid less any refunds or reimbursements due to Comal County including but not limited to stoploss claims, subrogation payments or provider refunds.
