Common use of Net Energy for Load Clause in Contracts

Net Energy for Load. “Net Energy for Load” shall mean net generation of an electric system plus energy received from others less energy delivered to others through interchange. It includes system losses, but excludes energy required for storage of energy at energy storage facilities. Calculations of net energy for load for all purposes under these Bylaws shall be based on the most recent calendar year for which data on net energy for load of the Region is available.
