Common use of Net Lease; Non-Terminability Clause in Contracts

Net Lease; Non-Terminability. (a) It is expressly agreed and understood by the parties that this Lease is a net lease and all Rent and other sums due hereunder shall be paid without notice or demand and without set-off, counterclaim, recoupment, abatement, suspension, deferment, diminution, deduction, reduction or defense, and Tenant hereby waives and releases forever any right to the same.

(a) It This is expressly agreed and understood by the parties that this Lease is a an absolutely net lease and all the Fixed Rent, Additional Rent and all other sums due payable hereunder by Tenant, whether as the purchase price for the Premises or otherwise, shall be paid without notice or demand and without set-off(except as expressly provided herein), demand, setoff, counterclaim, recoupment, abatement, suspension, deferment, diminution, deduction, reduction deduction or defense, and Tenant hereby waives and releases forever any right to the same.
