Common use of Net Profits Royalty Clause in Contracts

Net Profits Royalty. <@> grants to <@>, and <@>'s assigns and successors forever, and <@> covenants for itself and its assigns and successors, to pay to <@:::_, and <@>'s assigns and successors, a production royalty of % of the Net Profits of the <@> Properties payable after the commencement of Commercial Production from the <@> Properties (the "Net Profits Royalty").
