Common use of Net Profits Royalty Clause in Contracts

Net Profits Royalty. <@> grants to <@>, and <@>'s assigns and successors forever, and <@> covenants for itself and its assigns and successors, to pay to < >, and <@>'s assigns and successors, a production royalty of 1.0% of the Net Profits of the Properties payable after the commencement of Commercial Production from the <@> Properties the "Net Profits Royalty").
