Common use of Net Revenues Clause in Contracts

Net Revenues. For purposes of computing royalties, the term "Net Revenues" means gross revenue actually received by ArtisTech from all Sales of the Work, adjusted for returns, mechanical royalty (if any), celebrity percentage allocation, if any, (up to but not to exceed 20%) allowances, refunds, bad debt, overhead, shipping and handling, taxes of any kind and union guild or other third party fees that may be required by contract or the Copyright Act, and any charitable/nonprofit donations, if any.
