Common use of Net Settlement Fund Clause in Contracts

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” shall mean the remainder of the Settlement Fund after deductions for court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs as described in Section 3.6(A), court-approved service payments to Named Plaintiffs as described in Section 3.3, the Reserve/Training Costs Fund as described in Section 3.5, and settlement administration fees and costs, as described in Section 2.1.

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” shall mean means the remainder of the Maximum Settlement Fund Amount after deductions for courtfor: (i) Court-approved Settlement Claims Administrator’s fees and costs; (ii) Court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs as described in Section 3.6(A), courtfor Class Counsel; and (iii) a Court-approved service payments Service Award to Named Plaintiffs as described in Section 3.3, the Reserve/Training Costs Fund as described in Section 3.5, and settlement administration fees and costs, as described in Section 2.1Plaintiff.

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” shall mean the remainder of the Gross Settlement Fund Amount after deductions for courtfor: (1) Court-approved Claims Administrator’s fees and expenses; (2) Court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs as described in Section 3.6(A)fees, court-approved service payments to Named Plaintiffs as described in Section 3.3expenses, the Reserve/Training Costs Fund as described in Section 3.5, and settlement administration fees and costs, as described in Section 2.1including other professional fees, expenses, and costs; and (3) Court-approved Service Awards to certain Plaintiffs.

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” shall mean means the remainder of the Gross Settlement Fund Amount after deductions for court-for: (1) the Settlement Claim Administrator’s fees; (2) Court- approved attorneys’ fees and costs as described in Section 3.6(A), courtfor Class Counsel; (3) Court-approved service payments Service Awards to Named Plaintiffs as described in Section 3.3, return for a general release; and (4) the Reserve/Training Costs Fund as described in Section 3.5, and settlement administration fees and costs, as described in Section 2.1LWDA Payment.

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” shall mean means the remainder of the Gross Settlement Fund Amount after deductions for courtfor: (i) all settlement administration fees, costs, and expenses, including but not limited to, the Settlement Claim Administrator’s fees and costs and costs of all notices; (ii) Court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs as described in Section 3.6(A), court-for Class Counsel; (iii) Court- approved service payments Service Awards to Named Plaintiffs and Opt-in Plaintiff as described in Section 3.3, the Reserve/Training Costs Fund as described in Section 3.5, and settlement administration fees and costs, as described in Section 2.1.specified herein; and

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” shall mean the remainder of the Total Settlement Fund Amount after deductions for court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs as described in Section 3.6(A), court-approved service payments to Named Plaintiffs Service Awards as described in Section 3.3, ; costs of the Reserve/Training Costs Fund as described in Section 3.5, and settlement administration fees and costs, Settlement Administrator as described in Section 2.1; court• approved attorneys’ fees and out-of-pocket litigation expenses as described in Section 3.2; and a fund to cover errors and omissions.

Net Settlement Fund. “Net Settlement Fund” shall mean means the remainder of the Gross Settlement Fund Amount after deductions for courtfor: (1) all Settlement Claims Administrator’s fees, costs, and expenses, including fees and costs associated with publication, distribution, and collection of Notice and Claim Forms; (2) Court-approved attorneys’ fees and costs as described in Section 3.6(A), courtfor Class Counsel; (3) Court-approved service payments Service Awards to the Named Plaintiffs as described in Section 3.3, specified herein; (4) penalties pursuant to the Reserve/Training Costs California Private Attorney General Act of 2004 (“PAGA penalties”); and (5) a $10,000.00 Reserve Fund as described in Section 3.5, and settlement administration fees and costs, as described in Section 2.13.1(E).
