Returned Cards. Merchant may return a Card to its Cardholder after the Card was left at Merchant’s place of business if (1) it can be done within one (1) business day of Merchant’s discovery of the Card, and (2) the Cardholder to whom the Card is returned first shows Merchant at least two forms of current, reliable identification both of which appear to be signed by the same person who signed the Card in question, and at least one of which contains a photograph of a person who appears to be the Cardholder.

  • Cards 2.1 The Card is a prepaid payment card which may be used to pay for goods and services at participating retailers that accept MasterCard. It is designed for use in shops and retail locations where You are physically present or for use online. Like any payment card, We cannot guarantee that a particular retailer will accept the Card – please check with the retailer before attempting the transaction if You are unsure.

  • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.

  • Business Customers These Terms and Conditions apply to business customers only.

  • Customer The agency or eligible user that purchases commodities or contractual services pursuant to the Contract.

  • Cardholder Any person authorized to use a Card by the Card Issuer.

  • Merchandise Programs, T-shirts, souvenirs, posters, novelty items, clothing apparel, and recorded media will be sold in the Centre only by BCEC Management or representatives nominated by it, unless BCEC Management agrees in writing to waive this condition. BCEC Management will retain 18% (including GST) of gross merchandise sales. All revenue derived from the sale of motion pictures, still photography, television or radio recordings, or other similar rights, is to be subject to a seperate agreement between Hirer and BCEC Management. 26 Additional Responsibilities In addition to its responsibilities under clause 7.1, Xxxxx must:

  • Customer Records Customer grants to Cisco and its independent accountants the right to examine Xxxxxxxx's books, records and accounts during Customer's normal business hours to verify compliance with this Agreement. In the event such audit discloses non-compliance with this Agreement, Customer shall promptly pay to Cisco the appropriate license fees, plus the reasonable cost of conducting the audit.
