Common use of Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account Clause in Contracts

Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account. (a) No later than the Closing Date, the Trustee shall establish and maintain with itself, as agent for the Trustee, a separate, segregated trust account titled, “Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account, Xxxxx Fargo Bank, N.A., as Trustee, in trust for the registered Holders of Park Place Securities, Inc., Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-WCW1.” The Trustee shall deposit into the Net WAC Rate Carryover Reserve Account any payments received by it pursuant to Section 4.01(a)(4)(iv).
