Solicitations. From and after the Closing Date, the Servicer agrees that it will not take any action or permit or cause any action to be taken by any of its agents and Affiliates, or by any independent contractors or independent mortgage brokerage companies on the Servicer's behalf, to personally, by telephone or mail, solicit the Mortgagor under any Mortgage Loan for the purpose of refinancing such Mortgage Loan; provided, that the Servicer may solicit any Mortgagor for whom the Servicer has received a request for verification of mortgage, a request for demand for payoff, a mortgagor initiated written or verbal communication indicating a desire to prepay the related Mortgage Loan, another mortgage company has pulled a credit report on the mortgagor or the mortgagor initiates a title search; provided further, it is understood and agreed that promotions undertaken by the Servicer or any of its Affiliates which (i) concern optional insurance products or other additional products or (ii) are directed to the general public at large, including, without limitation, mass mailings based on commercially acquired mailing lists, newspaper, radio, telephone and television advertisements shall not constitute solicitation under this Section, nor is the Servicer prohibited from responding to unsolicited requests or inquiries made by a Mortgagor or an agent of a Mortgagor. Furthermore, the Servicer shall be permitted to include in its monthly statements to borrowers or otherwise, statements regarding the availability of the Servicer's counseling services with respect to refinancing mortgage loans.
Solicitations. Landlord reserves the right to restrict or prohibit canvassing, soliciting or peddling in the Building.
Solicitations. The DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER warrants that no person or selling agency has been employed or retained to solicit or secure this Agreement upon an agreement or understanding for a commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee. For breach or violation of this warranty, the TOLLWAY shall have the right to annul this Agreement without liability or in its discretion to deduct from the contract price or consideration the full amount of such commission, percentage, brokerage or contingent fee.

Furthermore, the Servicer shall be permitted to include in its monthly statements to borrowers or otherwise, statements regarding the availability of the Servicer’s counseling services with respect to refinancing mortgage loans. Notwithstanding the foregoing, with respect to any Fixed Rate Mortgage Loan, the Servicer may solicit the Mortgagor for the purpose of refinancing such Mortgage Loan, beginning 60 days prior to the later of (i) the expiration of the related Prepayment Charge term, if applicable and (ii) 24 months following origination of such Mortgage Loan and with respect to any Adjustable Rate Mortgage Loan, the Servicer may solicit the Mortgagor for the purpose of refinancing such Mortgage Loan, beginning 60 days prior to the later of (i) the expiration of the related Prepayment Charge term, if applicable and (ii) the expiration of any applicable fixed rate period.
Solicitations. The following sales are strictly prohibited during the Event: Any retail sales including, but not limited to, any retail sale in violation of the retail sales tax regulations where the Event is being held. Any sale where display merchandise changes hands during the Event. Any direct sale from Exhibitor to consumer. The Event is strictly TO THE TRADE ONLY.

From and after the Closing Date, the ____________ agrees that it will not take any action or permit or cause any action to be taken by any of its agents and Affiliates, or by any independent contractors or independent mortgage brokerage companies on ____________'s behalf, to personally, by telephone or mail, solicit the Mortgagor under any Mortgage Loan for the purpose of refinancing such Mortgage Loan, nor will ____________ purchase any loan to a Mortgagor secured by a Mortgaged Property, in whole or in part; provided, that ____________ may solicit any Mortgagor for whom ____________ has received a request for verification of mortgage from an originator of mortgage loan products similar to the Mortgage Loans that indicates that such Mortgagor intends to refinance his or her Mortgage Loan, a request for demand for pay-off or a Mortgagor initiated a written or verbal communication with ____________ indicating a desire to prepay the related Mortgage Loan; provided further, it is understood and agreed that promotions undertaken by ____________ or any of its Affiliates which (i) concern optional insurance products or other additional products or (ii) are directed to the general public at large, including, without limitation, mass mailings based on commercially acquired mailing lists, newspaper, radio and television advertisements shall not constitute solicitation under this Section 3.27.

The Servicer shall not take any action or cause any action to be taken by any of its employees, agents or Affiliates, or by any independent contractors acting on the Servicer’s behalf, to solicit any borrower in any manner whatsoever, including but not limited to, soliciting a borrower to prepay or refinance a Mortgage Loan. Furthermore, neither the Servicer nor any of its Affiliates shall directly or indirectly provide information to any third party for purposes of soliciting the borrowers related to the Mortgage Loans. It is understood that promotions undertaken by the Servicer or its Affiliates which are directed to the general public at large (i.e., newspaper advertisements, radio or T.V. ads, etc.) and not specifically directed to the borrowers related to the Mortgage Loans shall not constitute a breach of this Section 3.27. From and after the Closing Date, Servicer hereby agrees that Servicer will not take any action or cause any action to be taken by any of its agents or Affiliates, or by any independent contractors or independent mortgage brokerage companies on the Servicer’s behalf, to personally, by telephone or mail, solicit the borrower under any Mortgage Loan for the purpose of refinancing such Mortgage Loan; provided, that Servicer may solicit any borrower for whom Servicer has received a request for verification of mortgage, a request for demand for payoff, a borrower initiated written or verbal communication indicating a desire to prepay the related Mortgage Loan, or the borrower initiates a title search, provided further, it is understood and agreed that promotions undertaken by the Servicer or any of its affiliates which concern optional insurance products or other additional products shall not constitute solicitation nor is the Servicer prohibited from responding to unsolicited requests or inquiries made by a borrower or an agent of a borrower. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the following solicitations, if undertaken by the Servicer or any Affiliate of the Servicer, shall not be prohibited: (i) solicitations or promotions that are directed to the general public at large, including, without limitation, mass mailings based on mailing lists and newspaper, radio, television and other mass media advertisements and (ii) borrower messages included on, and statement inserts provided with, the monthly statements sent to borrowers; provided, however, that similar messages and inserts are sent to all other borrowers of similar type mortgage loans s...
Solicitations. Canvassing, soliciting and peddling in the Building are prohibited and Tenant will cooperate in preventing the same.
