Netting and Setoff Rights. In addition to other legal remedies available to CHGE under Applicable Laws, CHGE reserves the right to net any amounts that would otherwise be due to Owner hereunder against any amount Owner owes to CHGE under this Agreement, including any costs associated with the supply and delivery of power for Station Use.
