Common use of Netting of Deposits and Payments Clause in Contracts

Netting of Deposits and Payments. The Issuer, in its sole discretion, may make all deposits to the Interest Funding Account and the Principal Funding Account pursuant to Sections 3.01 and 3.07 with respect to any Payment Date net of, and after giving effect to, (a) all reallocations to be made pursuant to Section 3.07 and (b) all payments to the Issuer pursuant to Section 3.05.

Netting of Deposits and Payments. The Issuer, in its sole discretion, may make all deposits to the Series 2010-1 Interest Funding Account and the Series 2010-1 Principal Funding Account pursuant to Sections 3.01 and 3.07 with respect to any Payment Date net of, and after giving effect to, (a) all reallocations to be made pursuant to Section 3.07 and (b) all payments to the Issuer pursuant to Section 3.05Article III.
