Network Advertising Sample Clauses

The Network Advertising clause defines the rules and permissions regarding the promotion or display of products, services, or content across digital advertising networks. Typically, it outlines which parties are authorized to place advertisements, the platforms or networks that may be used, and any restrictions on the type or content of ads. For example, it may specify that a company can advertise its offerings on third-party ad networks but must comply with certain brand guidelines or legal requirements. The core function of this clause is to ensure that advertising activities are conducted in a controlled and compliant manner, protecting the interests and reputations of all parties involved.
