Network Operating Policies and Technical Requirements for Patient Look-Up and Delivery Services. All Participants agree and are required to meet and comply with the Network Operating Policies and Technical Requirements for this Patient Look-Up and Delivery Services Agreement listed in Attachment A hereto, except for Public Health Reporting Participants that receive delivery services only as authorized by law. Public Health Reporting Participants are responsible for meeting the technical requirements for installation, maintenance and hosting of the Vendor’s integration package only.
