Networked Services. The LHD is part of an integrated network of clinical services that aim to ensure timely access to appropriate care for all eligible patients. It is also recognised that some services continue to be provided through Hosted Service Agreements or Inter-District/Network Agreements. While these arrangements are in place, each District and Network will need to ensure appropriate services are maintained to all eligible patients, regardless of geographical area of residence.

Networked Services. Calvary Mater Newcastle is part of an integrated network of clinical services that aim to ensure timely access to appropriate care for all residents in NSW. Variation to these service provisions should not occur without prior agreement with the Ministry of Health. It is also recognised that some services continue to be provided through Hosted Service Agreements or Inter-District/Network Agreements. While these arrangements are in place, each District and Network and other affected Health Service will need to ensure appropriate services are maintained to the residents of their respective District or Network. Nationally Funded Centres and Supra LHD Services Nationally Funded Centres and Supra LHD Services are set out in Schedule D, Part B. Cross District Referral Networks Districts, Networks and other Health Services are part of a referral network with the other relevant Services. It forms the central hub of the Hunter New England Cancer Network with responsibility (through the Clinical Cancer Network Leadership Committee and the Director of Cancer Services) to the whole of the LHD.   • Bundled Services If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.

  • Broadband Services Notwithstanding any other provision of the Amended Agreement (but subject to and without limiting Section 2 above and Section 4.4 below), when XO seeks access to a Hybrid Loop for the provision of "broadband services," as such term is defined by the FCC, then in accordance with 47 C.F.R. § 51.319(a) and the Arbitration Orders, Verizon shall provide XO with nondiscriminatory access under the Amended Agreement to the existing time division multiplexing features, functions, and capabilities of that Hybrid Loop, including DS1 or DS3 capacity (where impairment has been found to exist, which, for the avoidance of any doubt, does not include instances in which Verizon is not required to provide a DS1 Loop under Section 3.4.1 below or is not required to provide a DS3 Loop under Section 3.4.2 below) on an unbundled basis to establish a complete transmission path between the Verizon central office serving an end user and the end user's customer premises. This access shall include access to all features, functions, and capabilities of the Hybrid Loop that are not used to transmit packetized information.

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

Preventive services include, but are not restricted to routine physical exams, routine gynecological exams, routine hearing exams, routine eye exams, and immunizations. A $100 single and $200 family combined annual deductible will apply to lab/diagnostic testing after which 100% coverage will apply. A $50 copay will apply to CT and MRI scans.

  • Telemedicine Services This plan covers clinically appropriate telemedicine services when the service is provided via remote access through an on-line service or other interactive audio and video telecommunications system in accordance with R.I. General Law § 27-81-1. Clinically appropriate telemedicine services may be obtained from a network provider, and from our designated telemedicine service provider. When you seek telemedicine services from our designated telemedicine service provider, the amount you pay is listed in the Summary of Medical Benefits. When you receive a covered healthcare service from a network provider via remote access, the amount you pay depends on the covered healthcare service you receive, as indicated in the Summary of Medical Benefits.   • Information Services Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, Voice Information Services and Voice Information Services Traffic refer to switched voice traffic, delivered to information service providers who offer recorded voice announcement information or open vocal discussion programs to the general public. Voice Information Services Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Services Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information services Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation as Local Traffic under the Interconnection Attachment.

  • Managed Services HP will provide the services as described in a Statement of Work (“SOW”) attached to this Agreement or incorporating it by reference. Each party will appoint a single point of contact as set forth in the SOW who will serve as their primary representative, have overall responsibility for managing performance, and meet with the other party’s representative to review progress. Change requests are governed by the change management procedures as set forth in the SOW.
