Common use of Networks Clause in Contracts

Networks. Fiserv will provide the Company with Acquiring Services for Visa®, Mastercard®, eftpos, UnionPay® International and other networks as agreed (Networks).

Fiserv will provide the Company with Acquiring Services for Visa®, Mastercard®, eftpos, UnionPay® International and other the networks as selected in the Application, which may include but is not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay International, Japan Credit Bureau, GrabPay, DuitNow and/or others as agreed by the Parties in writing (collectively, the Networks).

Fiserv will provide the Company with Acquiring Services for Visa®, Mastercard®, eftpos, UnionPay® International and other the networks as selected in the Application, which may include but is not limited to: Visa, MasterCard, UnionPay International, Japan Credit Bureau, GrabPay, PayNow and/or others as agreed by the parties (collectively, the Networks).
