Common use of Neutral Elements Clause in Contracts

Neutral Elements. In order to determine whether a good originates, the value of the following neutral elements which might be used in its manufacture shall be excluded from the non- originating materials: (a) plant and equipment; (b) machines and tools; or (c) goods which do not enter and which are not intended to enter into the final composition of the good.
