New Association Member Information. The Office shall provide the Association President and the Kings/Tulare County UniServ Unit with contact information on the new hires. The information shall be provided electronically via a mutually agreeable secure FTP site or service by the first pay period of the month following hire. This contact information shall include the following items, with each field in its own column: i. First Name ii. Middle Name iii. Last Name iv. Suffix (e.g. Jr., III, if on file with the Office)
