New Classifications and Combinations. When the Employer establishes a new job classification or a combination of two or more job classifications within the scope of this Agreement, the Union shall be notified and the rate of pay for the new job classification or combination of job classifications shall be subject to negotiation with the Union. If the Parties fail to reach an agreement, the matter shall be pursued through the Grievance and Arbitration Procedure in Article 10.
