The Control Area consisting of the interconnected electric power system or combination of electric power systems in the geographic region consisting of Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Connecticut and Rhode Island. Markets or programs (including congestion pricing and design and implementation of FTRs) for the purchase of energy, capacity, ancillary services, demand response services or other related products or services that are offered in the New England Control Area and that are administered by the ISO pursuant to rules, rates, or agreements on file from time to time with the Commission.
