NEW EQUIPMENT AND PROCESSES. (a) No regular Employee having two (2) years of continuous service on the date of this agreement shall be discharged as a result of the introduction of new equipment and processes, if there is another position available within the scope of the union and the Employee agrees to retrain for that position.
