New Equipment Prices and Other Fees. (i) The Parties hereby agree that the Prices payable with respect to equipment purchased under the FWA PLA under Orders placed after the date of this Amendment Agreement No. 2, will be as set forth in sections 2.5 and 2.6, and that Annex “F” of the FWA PLA is accordingly amended with respect to such purchases.
