Common use of New Home Warranty Clause in Contracts

New Home Warranty. The Dwelling shall be warranted to the Purchaser in accordance with the Ontario New Home Warranties Plan Act (the "Act"). The Purchaser acknowledges that there are no representations or warranties of the Vendor, in respect of any aspect of construction, other than those expressed in this Agreement, and that this Agreement may be varied or any obligations of the Vendor extended only by an express written amendment to this Agreement signed by the Vendor and the Purchaser.
