Common use of New Intra-Group Lender Clause in Contracts

New Intra-Group Lender. If any Intra-Group Lender or any member of the Group makes any loan to or grants any credit to or makes any other financial arrangement having similar effect (but excluding any trade credit in the ordinary course of trading) with any Debtor, the Issuer will procure that the person giving that loan, granting that credit or making that other financial arrangement (if not already Party as an Intra-Group Lender) accedes to this Agreement, as an Intra-Group Lender pursuant to Clause ‎18.9 (Creditor/Agent Accession Undertaking).

New Intra-Group Lender. If any Intra-Group Lender or any member of the Group makes any loan Intercompany Loan to or grants any credit to or makes any other financial arrangement having similar effect (but excluding any trade credit in the ordinary course of trading) with any Debtor, the Issuer Company will procure that the person giving that loan, granting that credit or making that other financial arrangement (if not already a Party as an Intra-Group Lender) accedes to this Agreement, Agreement as an Intra-Group Lender pursuant to Clause ‎18.9 (Creditor/Agent Accession Undertaking)the terms hereof.

If any Intra-Group Lender or any member of the Group (other than the Parent) makes any loan to or grants any credit to or makes any other financial arrangement having similar effect (but excluding any trade credit in the ordinary course of trading) with any Debtor, the Issuer Parent will procure that the person giving that loan, granting that credit or making that other financial arrangement (if not already a Party as an Intra-Group Lender) accedes to this Agreement, Deed as an Intra-Group Lender Lender, pursuant to Clause ‎18.9 14.6 (Creditor/Agent Creditor Representative Accession Undertaking).
