New Investment Programs. Until the earlier of the expiration of the Applicable Period or the closing of the Transfers described in the first sentence of Section 5.2, the Resource Entities agree that they shall cause a Manager of one of the Investment Programs currently existing to be designated as the Manager for Investment Programs organized after the date hereof and that the xxxxx of Investment Programs organized after the date hereof shall be deemed to be Future Investment Program Well Interests for the purposes of the Master Natural Gas Gathering Agreement.
