New Job Calculation. The number of New Jobs created on or after the Effective Date must equal or exceed the number of jobs in existence prior to the Effective Date. The number of New Jobs required to be created in accordance with this Scope of Work for the applicable performance period must exceed the number of existing jobs plus the number of New Jobs created in any performance period.
