New Material. The Contractor represents and warrants that the goods, materials, supplies, or components offered to the County under this contract are new, not used or reconditioned, and are not of such age or so deteriorated as to impair their usefulness or safety and that the goods, materials, supplies, or components offered are current production models of the respective manufacturer.
