New or Additional Benefit Plan Designs. PPG agrees to accept any new or additional benefit plan designs developed by FHS and shall provide Covered Services pursuant hereto. FHS shall determine appropriate actuarial values, consistent with existing actuarial assumptions, in order to compensate PPG.
