New Parties. With regard to the addition, withdrawal or removal of a Party: (a) Receive and evaluate the information submitted by entities that plan to serve loads within the PJM West Region, including entities whose participation in the Agreement will expand the boundaries of the PJM West Region. Such evaluation shall be conducted in accordance with the requirements of the Agreement. (b) Evaluate the effects of the withdrawal or removal of a Party from this Agreement.
