Common use of New Parties Clause in Contracts

New Parties. Any entity listed on pages 1 through 2 of this Settlement that does not execute this Settlement on the Effective Date will become a Party, subject to Section 2.2, by signing the Settlement within 60 days of the Effective Date, without amendment of this Settlement or other action by existing Parties. After 60 days from the Effective Date, any such entity, or any other entity, may become a Party, subject to Section 2.2 through an amendment of this Settlement in accordance with Section 8.4.
