New Product Pricing. 5.3.1. Basic Wafer Pricing New Products shall be all products not identified on Exhibit J. Basic Wafer Pricing is exclusive of the pricing for Probe Services. Basic Wafer Pricing for a New Product Lot shall be the lower of: (1) Best Nation Pricing pursuant to Section 5.2.2.1; (2) Market Pricing pursuant to Section 5.2.2.2; or (3) Ceiling Pricing pursuant to Section 5.3.2.
