Common use of New Resale Services; Changes in Provision of Resale Services Clause in Contracts

New Resale Services; Changes in Provision of Resale Services. BellSouth shall use best efforts to provide OnePoint forty-five (45) days advance notice via Internet posting of changes to the prices, terms or conditions of services available for Resale. To the extent that revisions occur between the time BellSouth notifies OnePoint of changes under this Agreement and the time the changes are scheduled to be implemented, BellSouth will notify OnePoint of such revisions consistent with its internal notification process; provided that, OnePoint shall not utilize any notice given under this subsection to market resold offerings of that service in advance of BellSouth. In addition, upon request BellSouth shall furnish OnePoint with copies of publicly available service descriptions regarding the Resale Services. Notwithstanding the foregoing, OnePoint shall not utilize any such BellSouth service descriptions as part of its own sales or marketing efforts.
