New Resident Cancellation. New Residents (those who have not lived in SJU campus housing any previous semester) cancel housing when they cancel their enrollment prior to beginning classes at the University. In the event of cancellation the enrollment deposit will be forfeited. Additional charges may apply for Agreement cancellations received on or after the first day of classes.
