New Section 2. 17. The following is hereby added to the Credit Agreement as Section 2.17 thereof:
New Section 2. 26. Section 2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following as new Section 2.26 to the end thereof:
New Section 2. 1.4. A new section is hereby added to the Loan Agreement to follow immediately after Section 2.1.3, which new section shall be entitled “2.1.4. Term Loan Advances”, and which shall read as follows:
New Section 2. 14(a)(viii). Section 2.14(a) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by adding the following to the end thereof as clause (viii) thereto:
