Common use of New Service Request Clause in Contracts

New Service Request. An Interconnection Request, a Completed Application, or an Upgrade Request. New Services Queue: All Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests that are received within each three-month period ending on January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31 of each year shall collectively comprise a New Services Queue. New Services Queue Closing Date: Each January 31, April 30, July 31, and October 31 shall be the Queue Closing Date for the New Services Queue comprised of Interconnection Requests, Completed Applications, and Upgrade Requests received during the three-month period ending on such date. New York ISO or NYISO: New York Independent System Operator, Inc. or any successor thereto.
