NEW SHIFT SCHEDULE. The shift schedules for the ten hour and twelve hour production shifts, and the twelve hour maintenance shift shall be as attached hereto as Appendix A, B and For production purposes this new schedule is on a trial basis of 6 months. For maintenance purposes this new schedule is on a trial basis of 3 months. All of the Collective Agreement shall apply except for the changes stipulated below. Any change to these schedules shall be by mutual agreement.
NEW SHIFT SCHEDULE. Effective in 2002 a new schedule shall be developed for one individual in the custodial department specifying a blend of the first shift and second shift (12 p.m. to 8: p.m.). Compensation for the shift shall reflect 5/8 of the 5% differential (3.125%). Such differential will be in addition to the employee’s salary per guide.
