New Subprocessors. SAP’s use of Subprocessors is at its discretion, provided that:
(a) SAP will inform Customer in advance (by email or by posting on the support portal available through SAP Support) of any intended additions or replacements to the list of Subprocessors including name, address and role of the new Subprocessor; and
(b) Customer may object to such changes as set out in Section 6.3.
New Subprocessors. Docker’s use of Subprocessors is at its discretion, provided that:
(a) Docker will notify Customer in advance (by email or such other means which Docker makes available to its customers) of any changes to the list of Subprocessors in place on the Effective Date (except for Emergency Replacements or deletions of Subprocessors without replacement).
(b) If Customer has a legitimate reason that relates to the Subprocessors’ processing of Personal Data, Customer may object to Docker’s use of a Subprocessor, by notifying Docker in writing within thirty days after receipt of Docker’s notice. If Customer objects to the use of the Subprocessor, the parties will come together in good faith to discuss a resolution. Docker may choose to: (i) not use the Subprocessor or (ii) take the corrective steps requested by Customer in its objection and use the Subprocessor. If none of these options are reasonably possible and Customer continues to object for a legitimate reason, either party may terminate the Agreement on thirty days’ written notice. If Customer does not object within thirty days of receipt of the notice, Customer is deemed to have accepted the new Subprocessor.
(c) If Customer’s objection remains unresolved sixty days after it was raised, and Docker has not received any notice of termination, Customer is deemed to accept the Subprocessor.
(d) The list of Subprocessors current as of the Effective Date shall be set forth in Appendix 1.

New Subprocessors. Qualtrics’ use of Subprocessors is at its discretion, provided that:
(a) Qualtrics will inform Customer in advance (by email or by posting within the Cloud Service) of any intended additions or replacements to the list of Subprocessors including name, address and role of the new Subprocessor; and
(b) Customer may object to such changes as set out in Section 6.3.
New Subprocessors. Conga will, at least 15 days before appointing any new Subprocessor, inform Customer of Conga’s intent to appointment (including the name and location of such Subprocessor and the activities it will perform) a new Subprocessor by sending an email to notifications to Customer. Customer may object to Conga’s use of a new Subprocessor by notifying Conga promptly in writing within fifteen (15) days after receipt of Conga’s notice. In the event Customer objects to a new Subprocessor, as permitted in the preceding sentence, Conga will use reasonable efforts to make available to Customer a change in the Services or recommend a commercially reasonable change to Customer’s configuration or use of the Services to avoid Processing of Personal Data by the objected-to new Subprocessor without unreasonably burdening Customer. If Conga is unable to make available such change within a reasonable period of time, which shall not exceed thirty (30) days, Customer may terminate the applicable Order Form(s) with respect only to those Services which cannot be provided by Conga without the use of the objected-to new Subprocessor by providing written notice to Conga. Conga will refund Customer any prepaid fees covering the remainder of the term of such Order Form(s) following the effective date of termination with respect to such terminated Services, without imposing on Customer any penalty for such termination. Conga shall have no penalty or liability for termination under this Section beyond the refund of prepaid fees and this is Customer sole and exclusive remedy for termination under this Section.
New Subprocessors. SAP’s use of Subprocessors is
(a) SAP will inform Customer in advance of any intended additions or replacements to the list of Subprocessors including name, address and role of the new Subprocessor (i) for SAP Support - by posting on the SAP Support Portal, or by email, upon Customer’s registration on the SAP Portal and (ii) for Professional Services – by similar posting on the SAP Support Portal, or by e-mail, or in other written form;

(c) If Customer’s objection remains unresolved sixty days after it was raised, and SAP has not received any notice of termination, Customer is deemed to accept the Subprocessor.
New Subprocessors. If TD engages a new Subprocessor, TD will notify Company by updating its Subprocessor List, informing Company of the change, and giving Company the opportunity to object to such Subprocessor. If, within 30 days of receipt of that notice, Company notifies TD in writing of any objections (on reasonable grounds) to the proposed addition, the parties will work together to find a mutually agreeable solution. If no mutually agreeable solution is achieved, Company may immediately, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the Agreement, terminate the Agreement, subject to all applicable provisions in this DPA and the Agreement. TD will contractually impose data protection obligations on its Subprocessors that are at least equivalent to those data protection obligations imposed on TD under this DPA.
New Subprocessors. RELISH’s use of Subprocessors is at its discretion, provided that:
(a) RELISH will inform Customer in advance (by email and by posting on the support portal available through RELISH Support) of any intended additions or replacements to the list of Subprocessors including name, address and role of the new Subprocessor; and
(b) Customer may object to such changes as set out in Section 6.3.
New Subprocessors. (a) SAP may remove, replace or appoint suitable and reliable further Subprocessors at its own discretion in accordance with this Section 4.2.
(b) SAP will notify Customer by email in advance (except for Emergency Replacements under Section 4.3) of any changes to the list of Subprocessors, which shall be deemed accepted as long as they comply with and are bound by applicable Data Protection Law or, if a Subprocessor is a Non-EEA Entity, the Standard Contractual Clauses shall apply. If Customer does not object within thirty (30) days after receipt of SAP’s notice the new Subprocessor(s) shall be deemed accepted.
(c) If Customer has a legitimate reason to object to SAP’s use of a Subprocessor (e.g. if the Subprocessor is a Non-EEA Entity and Customer needs to complete additional formalities as a Data Controller prior to the use of such Subprocessor) Customer shall notify SAP thereof in writing within thirty days after receipt of SAP’s notice. If Customer objects to the use of the Subprocessor concerned SAP shall have the right to cure the objection through one of the following options (to be selected at SAP’s sole discretion): (i) SAP will abort its plans to use the Subprocessor with regard to Personal Data; or (ii) SAP will take the corrective steps requested by Customer in its objection (which remove Customer’s objection) and proceed to use the Subprocessor with regard to Personal Data; or (iii) SAP may cease to provide or Customer may agree not to use (temporarily or permanently) the particular aspect of the Cloud Service that would involve use of the Subprocessor with regard to Personal Data. If none of the above options are reasonably available and the objection has not been cured within thirty(30) days after SAP’s receipt of Customer’s objection, either party may terminate the affected Cloud Service with reasonable prior written notice.
