New Vendor Packet Compliance. NewTech must have executed and delivered to Kmart all documents required by Kmart's New Vendor Packet, including, but not limited to, Kmart's agreement on standard purchase order terms and conditions attached as Exhibit B (collectively, the "Related Documents") and must currently be in full compliance with the same except as required by this Agreement. NewTech's execution of this Agreement shall constitute NewTech's acceptance of and agreement to the terms and conditions contained in all of the Related Documents to the extent not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement.
