Common use of New Well Connections Clause in Contracts

New Well Connections. Producers shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to provide Gatherer no less than 90 days’ prior Notice of the location of, and expected date of first production for, new Producer Xxxxx in the Xxxxxxx XXX on a pad or pads that are already connected to a Xxxxxxx Gathering System. Such Notice to Gatherer shall include the projected date of final completion and testing of such well or xxxxx located on the existing pad or pads specified in the Notice. Following such Notice, Producers and Gatherer shall reasonably cooperate with each other in developing and providing to the other Party such other information and data regarding such pads and xxxxx reasonably requested by such Party.

Following such Notice, Producers and Gatherer shall reasonably cooperate with each other in developing and providing to the other Party such other information and data regarding such pads and xxxxx reasonably requested by such Party.
