In the event of an interruption of Video or Public View Video Service for at least four (4) hours between 6:00pm and 12:00am, except for emergency notice events, a credit equal to one day will be issued to Customer’s Video or Public Vide Video monthly service charges. If Customer’s Video or Public View Video is interrupted for less than four (4) hours or outside of the hours of 6:00pm and 12:00am, please call 0-000-000-0000 to request a credit.
