Newly Created Job. On a newly-created job, no permanent assignment will be made until thirty (30) days after the date of the Committee’s rating or the date the Company-determined rate is put into affect, whichever is the earlier. If the employee performing the job has a higher rate than that put into effect, they may accept the lower rate for the job or, within the thirty (30) days, decide to return to their previous job.
