If the Proposer is a newly formed entity or has not yet formed a legal entity and does not have independent financial statements, financial statements for the Equity Members shall be provided (and the Proposer shall expressly state that the Proposer is a newly formed entity or not yet formed entity, as applicable, and does not have independent financial statements).
