Common use of NFL Only Clause in Contracts

NFL Only. No Right of First Refusal rule, practice, policy, regulation, or agreement, including any Right of First Refusal applicable to any Restricted Free Agent or Transition Player pursuant to Article 10 below, may apply to the signing of a Player Contract with, or the playing with, any club in any professional football league other than the NFL by any Restricted Free Agent (except as agreed by the player in the circum- stances set forth in Section 5 below). This prohibition applies to any Right of First Refusal described in this Agreement (except as described in Section 5 below).
