NGLs and Residue Gas. All NGLs and Residue Gas recovered from the operation of the Xxxxxx System and the provision of the Processing Services that are allocated to Customer in accordance with Section 1.7 of the Operating Terms (including any System GL&U) shall, as between Provider and Customer, be the property of Customer, and Provider shall have no claim of ownership with respect thereto.
