Niagara Mohawk and the. Power Authority shall work together to develop a mutually agreeable testing and acceptance protocol (“Protocol”) for the SVCs and the New Line. Each facility shall, at a minimum, be required to meet the operability parameters set forth in the functional specifications and the performance warranties provided by equipment vendors.
