Night Crew Operations Sample Clauses

The Night Crew Operations clause defines the rules and requirements for work performed during nighttime hours. It typically specifies the time frame considered as 'night,' outlines any additional safety measures, and may address compensation or staffing requirements unique to night shifts. This clause ensures that both parties understand the expectations and obligations for night work, helping to maintain safety standards and operational clarity during non-standard working hours.
