NIHR FACULTY. 17.1 The Provider shall ensure that any individuals employed by or having a contract for services with the Provider relating to this Agreement shall comply with the rules and regulations of the NIHR Faculty as set out on the NIHR website (xxxx://xxx.xxxx.xx.xx/faculty.aspx). 17.2 The Provider shall inform the Authority immediately of any suspension or termination of such employment.
