No Abatement of Payments Hereunder. If the Project Realty or Project Equipment shall be damaged or either partially or totally destroyed, or if title to or the temporary use of the whole or any part thereof shall be taken or condemned by a competent authority for any public use or purpose, there shall be no abatement or reduction in the amounts payable by the Borrower hereunder and the Borrower shall continue to be obligated to make such payments. In any such case the Borrower shall promptly give written notice thereof to the Authority and the Trustee.
