Common use of No Abatement Clause in Contracts

No Abatement. The Tenant covenants and agrees with the Landlord that all of the Rent payable under this Lease shall be paid by the Tenant without demand, deduction, set-off, or abatement whatsoever, except as specifically provided in subclause 10.1(a). The Tenant covenants and agrees that the Landlord may at its option apply all sums received from or due to the Tenant against any amounts due and payable hereunder in such manner as the Landlord may see fit, regardless of any designation or instructions by the Tenant to the contrary except in respect of amounts in dispute.
