No Abatement. Except as provided herein, Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant, nor shall Tenants covenants and obligations under this Lease, including without limitation, Tenant's obligation to pay Annual Basic Rent and Additional Rent, be reduced or abated in any manner whatsoever by reason of any inconvenience, annoyance, interruption or injury to business arising from Landlord's making any repairs or changes which Landlord is required or permitted to make pursuant to the terms of this Lease or by any other tenants lease or are required by law to be made in and to any portion of the Leased Premises or the Building.
