No Access to Roof. Except as and solely to the extent expressly set forth in this Lease, Tenant shall have no right of access to the roof of the Premises or the Building and shall not install, repair or replace any aerial, fan, air conditioner or other device on the roof of the Premises or the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord.
